Our Values

At ProGO we believe that one of the only true routes to happiness is in practicing our craft for the sake of practicing our craft.

We are not constructors or maintainers, we are craftspeople. We believe that prevention is better than cure and that by assisting our clients to proactively maintain and  renew their critical infrastructure we will help them to ensure they are able to run safer, more stable and more predictable operations.

We build trust with our clients by:

  • Deliver realistic commitments through meticulous planning

  • Doing construction works the first time right

  • 100% compliance with safety rules and client procedures

We build cycles of continuous improvement and relentless reflection into our daily routines and have mastered the balance between tapping into our vast experience without falling into the trap of clinging to old bad habits. We believe that by leveraging technology and harnessing the power of happy and motivated people we are driving reform in our industry.
