Job Purpose
As a project administrator, you will be supporting the project managers and teams in organizing, planning, and executing projects. This will involve tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring project timelines are met.
Qualifications/Experience:
Qualification in financial administration or similar (preferably a degree).
Business or project management qualification will be advantageous.
Driver’s licence and own transport.
Working experience of 3 years +
Administrative support.
Document management and quality assurance thereof.

Requirements
Proficient in MS Office (Excel specific).
Experience in computerised financial systems and Ariba is an advantage.
Providing administrative support to project managers and project teams.
Creating, organizing, and maintaining project documentation.
Tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
Identifying and documenting project risks and issues and assisting in the development and
implementation of mitigation strategies and corrective actions.
Assisting in tracking project budgets, expenses, and preparing financial reports or forecasts.
Facilitating project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and
following up on action items.
Assisting in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, and ensuring that changes are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders.
Updating and management of proposal Dashboard with the opening of projects.
Project administration.
Provide Project Support to the project Team.
Preparation and updating of project budgets.
Preparation and updating of cash flow forecasting, cost flow forecasting, contractual registers and steering committee documentation with the project managers.
Invoice request and supporting documents preparations.
Follow-up on outstanding proformas.
Attend kick-off and progress meetings with the client and team.
Keep minutes of meetings up to date.
Resource Planning.
Office Administration.
